The Law of Vibration states that your thoughts control your personal vibration. Change your thoughts, get emotional about them, and you'll change what is attracted to you.

I have six sisters, and a few years ago we started a tradition called Sisters’ Day. Once a year, we carve out time to reconnect, catch up on each other's lives, and make meaningful memories together. Last year’s gathering was in Southern California. Since my in-laws live there, we planned to turn the trip into a family vacation so they could watch our kids while I spent time with my sisters. The only catch? We needed gas money—and at the time, money was tight. I wasn’t sure we’d be able to swing it.

I told my sister (who was organizing the trip) that unless the money somehow showed up, I wouldn’t be able to go. We were planning to visit Disneyland, so I started visualizing myself being there with my sisters. I felt genuine peace, knowing that if the money didn’t come, I’d just have to miss it—and somehow, that peace lifted a huge weight of pressure and anxiety off my shoulders.

A week before the trip, we got a surprise check from our mortgage company. Apparently, we had overpaid on our property taxes—and not only did it cover our travel expenses, but as a bonus, our monthly mortgage payment went down. Totally unexpected and right on time.

Another time, just before Christmas, I ordered most of my gifts through Amazon. They arrived in ten different boxes. A couple weeks out from Christmas, I noticed that one particular box was marked “delivered,” but it never made it to our door. The tracking info seemed off, and I had no idea what to do. This box had something inside that my kids really wanted, so I really wanted it to show up. Amazon told me to check with the post office, but during the holiday rush, that felt like a black hole I didn’t want to fall into.

I caught myself starting to panic—but I stopped. I took about 15 minutes one morning to visualize receiving that box. I imagined opening it, seeing the gift, and feeling deeply grateful. Just a few hours later, there was a knock at the door—and there it was. The box. The one I had visualized. I opened it and found exactly what I had hoped for. I stayed in that space of gratitude for the rest of the day.

And the day kept getting better.

Later, my husband came home with a generous bonus check from work—something he had never received in his five years there. That same day, we upgraded our van and left feeling confident about the vehicle we were driving. It turned out to be an incredible day, full of abundance and joy.

I’ve learned that the more emotionally connected I get to what I truly want, the more I shift into a vibration where I’m ready to receive it—and sometimes, I receive even more.
