Uncanny Synchronicity

The Law of Vibration (often called the Law of Attraction) teaches that your thoughts directly influence your personal vibration. And when you shift your thoughts—and get emotional about them—you naturally begin to change what you attract into your life. In short: change your vibration, change your life.

When my husband walked out the door with his suitcases in hand, I didn’t realize it at first, but he gave me an unexpected gift: time and space. Free from drama, expectations, and conflict, I suddenly found myself in the perfect environment for healing, reflection, and growth. What began as heartbreak became a sacred opportunity—an ideal season for practicing forgiveness, cultivating gratitude, and leaning into love.

It was during this time that I truly internalized a powerful truth: the only person I could rightfully control was—appropriately—me. I was finally ready for change. I was open to new experiences.

Knowing I needed help—and trusting that God knows infinitely more than I do—I turned to Him in simple, heartfelt prayer.

What happened next felt almost magical. The people, resources, and opportunities I needed began to show up—sometimes within hours. The synchronicity was undeniable. These blessings didn’t come from my own doing; they were simply too aligned, too perfect, to be coincidence. I knew where they came from.

And oh, how good it felt. I knew I was seen. I knew I was supported. I knew—deep in my soul—that my needs and desires mattered. That prayer marked a turning point. It deepened my understanding of what prayer really is: sacred, intimate communication with the divine. And through that connection, I felt empowered and alive again.

The deep friendships, meaningful opportunities, and inner shifts I treasure most at this stage of my life all trace back to that single, sincere prayer.

It was around this time that I also discovered the power of getting clear on what I wanted—not just what I no longer wanted. I began visualizing my ideal outcomes and allowed myself to feel the joy, peace, and gratitude those results would bring. I included God in the process. Each day I would sit with those feelings, imagining what a beautiful life could look like. I even wrote out my “perfect life” in detail and read it often to stay centered and aligned.

This process filled me with energy. It replaced the fog of sadness and guilt with excitement, clarity, and hope.

Of course, there were still hard days—moments of grief and discouragement. But something had changed. When I chose to redirect my thoughts toward my vision, those tough moments didn’t last as long, and they didn’t pull me down as deeply. I allowed the feelings to flow through me, honoring them, but I also made space for something better: the joy of becoming.

The Law of Vibration reminds us that our energy—the vibration we carry—is shaped by what we think and how we feel. So, if you want to shift your life, start by shifting your vibration. Here are some ways to do just that:

  • Pray and ask that your vibration be raised to its highest appropriate level.

  • Be still. Visualize your vibration rising. Feel it.

  • Focus on what you want, and let yourself get excited about it.

  • Let the bad moments be, but don’t live in them. When you're ready, choose again. Choose a better thought.

  • Practice gratitude and consciously choose love.

  • Meditate or pray daily, visualizing your desired outcomes.

  • Write down your vision—what you really want—and read it often with emotion and enthusiasm.

  • Surround yourself with positive, like-minded people.

  • Read uplifting, truth-filled content.

  • Learn something new that excites you.

  • Take “creation walks.” As you walk, speak aloud what you want to create.

  • Start a gratitude journal. Let it become a daily ritual.

  • Wake up with joy. I literally chose a “happy song” and made it a habit to sing it in my head before even opening my eyes.

The moment you change your thoughts and align your emotions with gratitude, love, and hope—get ready. You’ll begin to notice a shift. You’ll start seeing evidence of change all around you. And you’ll be amazed at what unfolds.
