Think About, Bring About

The Law of Rhythm is a universal law—but one we tend to understand best when we observe the natural world. The tide rolls in and out. The sun sets and rises. The seasons change right on schedule. And best of all? We can count on these cycles with incredible consistency—day after day after day.
Nature is governed by the Law of Rhythm—and so are we. Over the course of our lives, we all experience highs and lows. The difference is, unlike the tides or seasons, we don’t get a chart showing exactly when a low will end or a high will begin. Still, what we do know—thanks to nature—is this: if you're in a low, you can trust that a high is on its way. You can count on it.
But what about the reverse? If you’re riding a high, does that mean a low is guaranteed to follow? Maybe not.
The key to working with the Law of Rhythm is to make sure your overall trajectory is always upward. That means continually progressing—setting and achieving goals, expanding your knowledge, and practicing gratitude on a regular basis.
When you live in this kind of upward motion, your next “low” might only be as low as your previous high. You’re still moving forward. You’re still growing. And your new “highs” will be longer lasting and far more rewarding.
So if you’re in a good place right now, don’t tell yourself, “This is too good to last.” That kind of thinking tunes your vibration to what you don’t want—and it works against the upward rhythm you’ve created. Instead, stay focused on progress. Stay aligned with belief, action, and gratitude.
We’ve all seen the economy rise and fall—another example of the Law of Rhythm in action. In times when the economy slows and prices climb, it’s tempting to join in the chorus of complaints. But you must resist that urge.
You do have control over what you allow into your life.
If the news weighs you down, limit your exposure. Or skip it altogether. Flip straight to the sports section, the travel section, or the comics. (A good laugh might serve you better anyway!) What you consistently think about has power—and dwelling on negativity will only pull you into a downward current. Don’t let that happen.
I’m not saying to live with your head in the sand. I’m saying don’t dwell in fear, doubt, or lack. Instead, stay grounded in gratitude and belief in abundance.
You’ve heard the saying:
“What you think about, you bring about.”
And right now, a lot of people are thinking—and talking—about how bad things are. What they may not realize is that their thoughts are contributing to the problem.
So just imagine for a moment…
What if, for the next several months, every person simply went about their life quietly believing in abundance—without giving a second thought to fear, lack, or limitation?
Can you picture the shift?
The news media would lose its audience for negativity, and the tone of their reporting would change. Creativity would rise. New innovations and industries would emerge. Jobs would appear in unexpected ways. The whole economy would begin to lift.
Sure, it may sound idealistic to think everyone could change their thoughts. But change always starts with just one person.
So why not you?
Make the choice to live fully and move forward. As you grow and succeed, your environment will begin to change. Your example will influence those around you, and they’ll begin to shift too. One person at a time, the ripple grows.
Your success matters—not just for you, but for your family, your community, and even your country.
Your success is vital to America.
