How to Be As Successful With Your Big Goals As You Are With Your Little Goals

So, you’ve experienced the Laws of Thought (also known as the Laws of the Universe or Law of Attraction) working in your life before—maybe with something small or seemingly insignificant. And now, you're ready to manifest something on a grand scale. That dream home. The perfect companion. The ultimate career.

Are you nervous? Wondering if it will really work? Wondering if it will work for you?

Even though you’ve seen it work before, you still find yourself questioning. Why?

Because you’re human.

So, how do you move past that very human hesitation and keep moving forward with your dream?

You approach it the same way you did with your smaller goals—but with one small, powerful addition.

Take a deep breath. In through the nose, out through the mouth. Then repeat in your mind:

“I AM worthy of this goal. I AM capable of this goal. I AM a good person.”

Now, here are the steps:

1. Write Your Goal Down

Write it in the present tense and in detail, as though it has already happened. Express sincere gratitude for receiving it—or something even better. I like to add phrases like “easily and freely” (unless you want it to be hard and costly!) and “for the best good of all involved.”

2. Submit It

Submit your goal to God, the Universe—whatever name aligns with your beliefs.

Someone once told me they always get into a place of gratitude before submitting their goal. Why? Because gratitude generates the kind of elevated emotion that gives your intention power. You align more deeply with abundance by first focusing on all you already have. Speak it out loud or write it down. Do this for 10–15 minutes… then submit your goal.

3. Prepare to Receive

This is often called acting in faith. Ideally, you feel completely at peace, knowing that what you’ve asked for is already on its way. You go about your day without worrying about the how. You just know—and that’s enough.

But sometimes… doubt creeps in.

So what do you do with that doubt?

You counter it. Many people keep their goal statement on cards posted around their house, in their car—anywhere they’ll see it often. Every time they see it, they read it again, out loud and with feeling.

Some take 10–15 minutes in the morning and/or at night to repeat their gratitude practice and realign with their intention.

4. Take Inspired Action

This is the most important step: Act.

If you feel prompted to do something, do it. If a thought comes, follow it. Don’t second-guess, especially if what you're feeling led to do seems to contradict the goal. The path might twist and turn—but trust that it still leads to the destination.

Trust that your goal is trying to find you—just as much as you are trying to find it.

One of my favorite quotes is from Napoleon Hill:
“Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it will achieve!”

So go ahead—dream those big dreams. Then move forward with the same simple pattern you used to reach the little ones. The Universe is organized. And when you follow the simple steps above, success is inevitable.

You've got this.
